*UPDATED* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BELOW PROJECT: The concrete pour on the extended kilo taxilane scheduled for Wednesday, September 1st had been cancelled due to weather related conditions. More details to follow regarding a new pour. Regularly scheduled daily closures are in effect – 11 am to 9 pm. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: The Airport will be undertaking a reconstruction of the taxilane leading to Hangar Rows L, M, N, O, P, and Q beginning August 2, 2021, continuing through the beginning of December 2021. This is an FAA funded project and, as such, is subject to aircraft safety guidance received from the FAA.
Therefore, be advised that due to this construction the taxilane (shown below) will be closed on Mondays through Fridays from 11 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm. Outside of these hours, per FAA guidance, all taxi operations through the area of construction must be made under tow. If you do not have tow capability, please contact Ross Aviation to request an aircraft tow at 402-475-8600. This service will be paid for by the Lincoln Airport Authority. If you need to move your aircraft you must do so before or after the hours of closure listed above.
Please bear with us during this process as, when complete, this will yield a much-needed improvement to our airfield infrastructure.
